Professor Pastor Afolabi Ojo is an eminent Theologian, accomplished Administrator, distinguished Marketing Professional, and visionary Educational leader whose remarkable career spans more than three decades of transformative service across Academia, Ministry, Corporate Leadership, and International Christian Education. Widely regarded as an Administrator par excellence and a Theologian of repute, he has established an enduring legacy of excellence, innovation, and global impact.
A graduate of Business Administration and Management and Chartered Marketer, Professor Afolabi combines intellectual depth with executive acumen. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Masters Degree in Christian Leadership Studies from the Redeemed Christian Bible College,(Affiliated to the University of Ibadan) an academic achievement that reflects his profound scholarship in Theology, Leadership, and Ministerial Development. His academic pursuits, coupled with his extensive practical experience, have positioned him as a respected authority in Christian Leadership , Theological education, and Institutional Administration.
Professor Afolabi Ojo is a Pastor and a Provincial Coordinator of the Research and Development Department in The Redeemed Christian Church of God, where his Ministry has profoundly influenced countless lives through sound biblical teaching, spiritual mentorship, and exemplary Pastoral leadership. As a Theologian, Researcher, and Educator, he has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the advancement of biblical scholarship and ministerial excellence.
In the corporate sphere, Professor Pastor Afolabi Ojo distinguished himself as a consummate Marketing strategist and Business leader. As a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), he built an illustrious career in Sales and Marketing, culminating in his appointment as General Manager, Marketing. His professional journey traversed several leading Manufacturing Organizations, including Bodefoam Industries, Ibadan ,Atlantic Carpets, Ibadan, TejuFoam, Lagos, Century Polyester Plc, Ikorodu, Architectural Products Ltd, Abeokuta and Vono Products Plc, Mushin, Lagos. His exceptional leadership, strategic insight, and market expertise earned him widespread professional recognition before he successfully transitioned into private enterprise.
As the Founder and President of Inspiration Theological College, Ibadan, Nigeria, Professor Afolabi has given tangible expression to his vision for world-class Theological Education. Under his dynamic leadership, the College has emerged as a Federal Government of Nigeria registered and approved Institution, renowned for academic rigor, spiritual formation, and international relevance. The institution maintains strategic affiliations with prominent global Institutions, including Brainae University, USA, Open Christian University, USA, Lighthouse Leadership University, Nigeria, Ethan College of Biblical Studies, Nigeria, and The Ark Theological College, Nigeria. Beyond his institutional leadership, Professor Pastor Afolabi Ojo occupies several prestigious international positions. He serves as the Global President and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Christian Instructors (ACCI), England , Wales and Nigeria,an influential body with membership spanning more than Sixteen Nations across Africa, Europe, and North America. He is also the African Regional Adviser to the Leeway Peace and Human Rights Foundation, an organization with operations in over eighty-eight countries of the world.
His global leadership portfolio further includes service as Ambassador and Director of Finance for Britt’s Global Organization, USA, Ambassador of Education and Director of Education for GSFEN Worldwide, as well as membership on the Accreditation Board of the International Teachers Association ITA, where he also serves as Nigeria Consular Member.
Professor Afolabi’s philanthropic vision is equally compelling. Through Inspiration Theological College, he has championed numerous humanitarian and educational initiatives, including scholarship awards for Church workers and deserving students, educational support for indigent pupils, and the provision of learning materials to underprivileged children. Dr. Pastor Akinjide Samuel Akinleye.mni, PhD, fcci.IcTheo.
Dr. Samuel Akinjide Akinleye, mni, FCIPM, fcci had his primary and secondary education in Iyin-Ekiti, Ekiti State. He attended the University of Benin, Benin City where he obtained B.Sc in Political Science. He later obtained Master of Science degree and PhD in International Relations from the Ekiti State University. He also acquired PhD Corporate Leadership from the Lighthouse Leadership University, Lokoja and a Certificate in Leadership and Management in Health from the University of Washington, United States.
Akinjide Akinleye, mni, had a highly successful public service career starting as a Sub-Editor/Staff Reporter in 1991 and later, Chief Sub Editor, Administrative Officer and retired as a Permanent Secretary in Ekiti State Public Service in 2022.
He was a two-time Ekiti State Branch Chairman and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Ekiti State Branch, immediate past Elected Council Member of the Institute’s Governing Council, and Member of the Institute’s Audit and Risk Management Committee. He is the Global Secretary of the Association of Chartered Christian Instructors and Director of Administration, Inspiration Theological College, Ibadan, Oyo State. He also teaches at the Department of Peace and Security Studies of the Ekiti State University.
Dr Akinleye, mni, an ordained minister of The Redeemed Christian Church of God is an Assistant Pastor in Charge of Province (Church Social Responsibility, CSR) Ekiti Province 3. He has attended many conferences, workshops and study tours both within and outside the country. He is an alumnus of the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru which he attended in 2020.
At the moment, Dr Akinleye, mni, FCIPM is a Management Consultant and President, Worldsmith Life Builders Foundation, an Ekiti State based NGO. A community leader of note, he was a National Vice President of Iyin Progressive Federal Union (IPFU), an umbrella body of all sons and daughters of Iyin Ekiti, Ekiti State, Chairman of Okesale Progressive Forum, President, Dynamic Dekites Club, Iyin Ekiti, immediate past Chairman, Schools Based Management Committee of Government Science College, Iyin Ekiti, and Chairman, EKSCIDA Project Management Committee of Ibukunoluwa Community, Ilamoji Quarters, Ado-Ekiti, among others.
Akinjide Akinleye, mni, a speaker at conferences, resource facilitator and well-travelled life coach, is married to his heartthrob, Olukemi and the marriage is blessed with choice children.

Dr. John Oladele Olotu is a distinguished administrator, accomplished scholar, and seasoned financial executive whose career reflects an exceptional blend of academic excellence, administrative competence, and Christian leadership. As the Registrar of Inspiration Theological College, he brings to the institution a wealth of experience spanning academia, banking, corporate management, auditing, and ministry administration.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Church Administration, earned in 2023, a qualification that underscores his profound understanding of ecclesiastical governance, organizational leadership, and institutional development. His academic credentials also include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance obtained in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics earned in 1988. This formidable educational foundation has equipped him with robust analytical, managerial, and strategic capabilities.
Professionally, Dr. Olotu has built an impressive career across multiple sectors. He served with distinction as Operations Manager at Savannah Bank, where he demonstrated exceptional expertise in banking operations, financial management, and organizational leadership. His corporate acumen was further strengthened through his role as Director of Worldhope Resources, where he provided visionary leadership and strategic direction.
In addition, Dr. Olotu has extensive experience in financial auditing and corporate accountability, having served as Audit Manager at Lekan Olotu & Co., a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants. His meticulous attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to excellence have distinguished him throughout his professional journey.
A respected professional in Christian education, Dr. Olotu is a Chartered Member of the Association of Chartered Christian Instructors. His membership reflects his dedication to advancing theological education, Christian leadership, and ministerial excellence.
As Registrar, Dr. Olotu combines academic scholarship, administrative precision, financial expertise, and spiritual maturity in the service of the College. His leadership continues to contribute significantly to the growth, operational efficiency, and academic advancement of Inspiration Theological College.
